When a popular resident patient died, Sunrise Senior Living of Bethesda, Maryland, adopted her companion cat, Ariel. The curious cat soon found a new purpose: “working” in the memory-care area, bringing feline affection and companionship to the appreciative seniors there.
For those who have loved and lost a companion animal, Mutual Rescue created two Memorial Montages of photography, poetry, and music—timeless messages from the spirits of a dog and cat.
